Explain use at the busiest point
Provide simultaneous attendance, hours, breaks and available bathrooms. For work, include overlapping trades; for programmes, include staff before and after public sessions. Distances between activity areas also matter if one facility location would be inconvenient for part of the group.
Review the recommendation as a complete setup
Discuss washing, accessible options and attention during use along with the number of toilets. Ask what the proposed quantity assumes, and update the business if those assumptions change. Planning advice is not a universal formula or certification of regulatory compliance.
Describe peak demand before discussing quantity
Gather the inputs before asking for a quantity: busiest expected attendance, hours of use, overlapping groups and usable permanent bathrooms. Identify uncertain figures. For crews, describe shifts and project stages; for organised activities, describe sessions and shared breaks.
Ask the rental contact to explain the assumptions behind the proposed setup and the intended service arrangement. More visits and more units are not automatically interchangeable solutions. Review the recommendation when attendance or access changes, and have applicable requirements assessed for the particular activity.
Write down which figures are estimates and who can update them. If the programme changes from separate sessions to overlapping groups, revisit the recommendation with that changed assumption.
