Build a concise but useful request
Give the location, activity, likely users and dates, then explain which bathrooms already exist. Include washing or accessible requirements even for a brief occasion. This allows a simple equipment proposal without leaving essential functions for a second conversation.
Leave time for the equipment handoff
Discuss delivery and collection windows separately from the hours of use. Confirm who receives the units and where they may stand. Review transport and supplies in the quote, and wait for booking confirmation rather than treating a requested date as a reservation.
Short use still needs two handovers
For a brief rental, distinguish the time of use from the time available for delivery and collection. A party that ends at night may have a different property-access arrangement the following day. Ask the supplier to confirm the workable windows instead of assuming pickup follows the last guest.
State the facilities needed throughout that short period, including washing and accessible use. Explain whether permanent bathrooms can support some users. A short duration does not answer questions about peak demand, placement permission or who receives the equipment.
Decide who can receive equipment and who remains responsible for collection. These may be different people; both need the agreed position and access details, not just the event date.
