Check the relevant directory entry
Lake Mary publishes a facility directory. Use it to identify the actual booked place, then confirm restroom availability and supplier arrangements with its contact. Nearby facilities or amenities shown for another location should not be counted as part of the reservation.
Include every period that needs access
Explain preparation, public hours and cleanup, plus any separate staff area. Discuss toilet categories, washing and accessible movement together. Ask for the proposed model and support to be confirmed once placement and visiting windows are clear.

Does the reservation cover the facilities your group expects to use?
Separate listed amenities from the amenities included in the booking. Ask about the relevant hours and any shared use, then describe the remaining temporary need. If the activity moves between areas, include the route users would take rather than treating the whole property as one space.
