Check the actual park information
Ocoee publishes amenities for places such as Vandergrift Central Park. Use the entry for your booked site and confirm which facilities are available during the activity. Do not infer that every park or reserved area provides the same bathroom access.
Fill the identified gap with suitable equipment
Explain users, duration and washing or accessible needs to the rental contact. Ask the venue to approve supplemental equipment and supplier entry. Confirm delivery and collection around the event timetable rather than assuming a reservation includes unrestricted visits.

What remains accessible while the activity is being set up?
Check whether furniture, sports equipment or other deliveries will occupy the approach used for the restroom rental. Coordinate the order of arrival with the property contact. Keep a workable return route in the plan as well as a space for the units themselves.
